A more intimate expression of Flores, Bar Flores is tucked behind the dining room. Framed by the wine bar and lined with high tables, it’s a place for spontaneous drinks, thoughtful snacks and conversations that effortlessly stretch into the evening.

Lunch at Flores, made easy.
Settle in for two courses and a glass of wine for $49 per person. Start with Flores flatbread and antipasti alongside heirloom beetroot, quince, brown rice and hazelnuts, before choosing from a rotating line-up of pasta, gnocchi and risotto.
Add oysters, prawn toast or anchovy toast for the table, and if lunch is going particularly well, stay for dessert.
