Information may be changed, updated or withdrawn at any time without notice. Images, menus and descriptions are indicative only and may not reflect current offerings.

2. Food, Alcohol & Allergy Disclaimer

Menus, ingredients and preparation processes may vary and are subject to change. While reasonable steps are taken to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, The Angel of Malvern does not warrant that food or beverages will be free from allergens. Patrons are responsible for advising staff of dietary requirements prior to ordering.

Alcohol is served in accordance with applicable liquor licensing laws. The Angel of Malvern reserves the right to refuse service, restrict entry or remove patrons where required by law or for safety, compliance or behavioural reasons.

3. Reservations, Bookings & Events

Where this website facilitates reservations, bookings or event enquiries:

• bookings are subject to availability and venue confirmation;
• deposits, minimum spends, cancellation fees or no-show charges may apply;
• booking terms may vary depending on the event and will be communicated at the time of booking;
• The Angel of Malvern reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances; and
• events, entertainment, promotions and special offers may be changed or cancelled without notice.

Bookings made through third-party reservation or booking platforms may also be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those providers.

4. Gift Vouchers

Where The Angel of Malvern offers or facilitates the purchase, issue or redemption of gift vouchers:

• by purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law;
• gift vouchers may be redeemed for eligible goods and services at participating venues as notified by The Angel of Malvern. Unless required by law, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other form of monetary consideration;
• gift vouchers are treated as cash. The Angel of Malvern is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged gift vouchers and such vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed;
• gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and may be partially redeemed. No refund will be provided for any amount already redeemed. Subject to any discretion exercised by venue management, any unused balance remaining at expiry is forfeited and is not refundable; and
• gift vouchers may be reloaded or recharged to increase their value where available. Upon reloading or recharging a gift voucher, the expiry date will be extended for a further three (3) years from the date of recharge. Any reloaded or recharged gift voucher remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Gaming Specific Terms (where applicable)

Access to gaming facilities is strictly limited to persons who meet all applicable legal eligibility requirements, including age restrictions and any exclusion or self-exclusion obligations.

Participation in gaming activities is subject to:

• applicable gaming legislation and regulatory requirements;
• venue rules, policies and conditions of entry;
• responsible gambling requirements; and
• conditions or directions imposed by relevant regulators or monitoring entities.

The Angel of Malvern makes no representation as to gaming outcomes or likelihood of success. Gaming is a form of entertainment and not a guaranteed means of winning. Persons who are self-excluded or otherwise excluded are not permitted to participate in gaming activities.

6. Responsible Gambling

The Angel of Malvern supports responsible gambling practices. Information about responsible gambling initiatives and support services is available at the venue and on this website.

7. Venue Conduct & Entry

The Saint reserves the right to refuse entry or service, impose conditions of entry, enforce dress standards or exclude or remove patrons where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, venue operations or patron behaviour. Entry to the venue may also be subject to any conditions of entry displayed at the venue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, menus, designs and graphics, is owned by or licensed to The Angel of Malvern. You must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without The Angel of Malvern’s prior written consent.
