This Privacy Policy applies to The Angel of Malvern, being a hospitality venue offering restaurant, bar, function and gaming facilities in Victoria, and to our websites and digital platforms.

The Angel of Malvern is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) including the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable laws relating to liquor and gaming operations. We collect personal information only where reasonably necessary for our business activities and do so by lawful and fair means.

This information is collected and used to comply with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and related regulatory requirements and may be disclosed to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), gaming system operators and other authorised entities where required by law.

Gaming-related records are retained for periods required by law and securely destroyed or de-identified when no longer required.
